Can we bring our own food and drinks?

Of course! You are most welcome to bring your own food. We provide side plates, glassware and linen napkins. Please make sure your location does not have a liquor ban if you would like alcohol served.

What happens if it is bad weather? 

Here at Oh Teepee Styling we can make a lot of things happen but unfortunately we cannot control the weather. We ask that you provide a weather friendly venue as a backup in case the weather isn’t on our side. The date of your picnic date can be changed up to 48 hours prior, just get in touch and we can sort something out.

how do I know i am booked in?

Complete our booking form which is located on the booking page. Once that has been submitted we will be in touch to finalise the small details and to confirm your date. We will then send you an invoice for the total amount and terms and conditions. A $100 non refundable deposit is required to secure your date and booking. Full payment is to be made three days prior to your booking.

Do you travel?

Yes! We can bring our picnics to you within the Northland region for a small travel fee. Please include your location of your picnic in your booking form message so we can advise you with a travel quote. We love traveling to beautiful areas like One Tree Point, Marsden Cove, Waipu, Mangawhai, Kerikeri and Paihia.

Where can we set up?

We can set up in any location of your choice. Whether that be the beach, park or even in your back yard. Let us know in your message when completing the booking form if you have somewhere specific in mind or if you need some inspiration for your picnic set up.

How long is the picnic for?

We love a long picnic! Our picnic packages begin with a two hour seating time. However you are most welcome to extend your bookings for $40 per hour. If you wish for your picnic to go longer, please include the time frame you have in mind when booking. 

 Why do I have to pay a bond?

Sometimes accidents happen. Although we are very understanding of these mishaps, we do require a $100 bond on top of the final price of your booking to cover those mishaps just in case. If everything is spick and span you will be refunded your bond within three days.

Do we have to help you set up?

Absolutely not!  Our service includes delivery, full set up, and pack down. Our aim is to create a set where the only lifting you do is lifting your glass of bubbles. If your booking is in a public place we will be there to greet you to your ready to go picnic set up and will leave you to enjoy. If your picnic is on your property you can continue to get ready before your guests arrive and we will return for pack down after.
